Maintenance Center
SCT maintains an ASE certified in-house maintenance
team that performs preventative and minor repair services. Our
preventative maintenance program offers an extensive check of each
vehicle at regular intervals. All businesses that own and
maintain a fleet of vehicles have special safety considerations each
time the vehicle is driven. Our team is ready and willing to
assist your organization in maintaining your vehicles peak
performance. Through regular service checks, transportation
safety issues and vehicle reliability can be addressed with relative
ease.

Preventative Maintenance includes 46 point inspection of
vehicle tailored or customized to customers request.
Routine Maintenance includes oil changes, filters, and lube.
Minor Repairs includes all repairs under $250. All
repair estimates will include parts and labor and will be within $25
of quoted estimate.
Major Repairs includes any and all repairs anticipated over
$250. These repairs will have to be authorized in writing by the
customer's appointed person.
Repairs will be performed at $40.00 per hour for all single wheeled
vehicles. All parts will be supplied at no more than 15% above
cost. All parts will meet or exceed OEM specifications.
SCT will provide tools, parts and equipment for any and all
repairs, along with any and all disposal of any materials (i.e) waste
oil or any hazard type materials.
All repairs and routine services will be recorded and kept on file
at SCT. This will include vehicle VIN, fleet number and mileage
of all repaired or serviced vehicles. A copy of this record will
be supplied to the customer.
All repairs and routine maintenance will be performed or supervised
by qualified certified technicians.
Payment for any and all routine maintenance and repairs will be
payable within thirty days of billing statement.
Road Service will be supplied at cost to customer. SCT
contracts road service to an outside contractor which provides towing
only. |
